Zeiad Omar

Biography

Mr. Zeiad heads the firm’s corporate law practice. Being educated both in Egypt and abroad, Mr. Zeiad brings an international perspective to legal issues. He is a member of the Egyptian Bar Association and holds a bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) and a Master’s degree in International Commercial Law (LLM) with a first-class distinction from the University of Hertfordshire in the United Kingdom. Mr. Zeiad has been instrumental in providing legal assistance to international and local companies in Egypt. Mr. Zeiad is also a principal member of the firm’s Arbitration team.
