Zeiad Omar

Mr. Ziad is in charge of the firm’s corporate law practice. Mr. Ziad gives a worldwide perspective to legal challenges, having received his education both in Egypt and overseas. He is a member of the Egyptian Bar Association and graduated with honors from the University of Hertfordshire in the United Kingdom with a bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) and a master’s degree in international commercial law (LLM). Mr. Ziad has played a key role in providing legal assistance to both multinational and local companies in Egypt. In addition, Mr. Ziad is a principal member of the firm’s Arbitration team.
