Mr. Hamdy earned his LL.B. degree from Alexandria University, Egypt, in 1991, and later pursued a Master’s degree in Criminal and Private Law from Ain Shams University, Egypt, in 1995. He is also a certified cassation lawyer accredited by the Egyptian Bar Association.
Currently serving as the Head of Litigation at H&Z Law firm, Mr. Hamdy boasts more than 25 years of legal expertise. He specializes in defending individuals in civil, criminal, and labor claims. Additionally, Mr. Hamdy adeptly represents corporate clients in administrative courts and advocates for individuals within Egypt’s family court system.
Mr. Hamdy has an impressive track record in successfully resolving cases and demonstrates proficiency in developing effective case strategies. His skills extend to crafting defense memoranda and drafting contracts.
Notably, Mr. Hamdy has received two awards from the Egyptian Legal Association in 2002:
- The first award was granted for his research titled “The Duties of a Lawyer towards His Profession.” This award is named after Professor Ahmed Shanan, a lawyer and former head of the Cairo Bar Association and president of the association.
- The second award was received for his research on “Conditions and Elements That Must Be Met in Habitual Crimes.” This award is named after Mr. Farid Al-Deeb, The Lawyer.
